Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy.

PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Fees are agreed in advance of the package, or appointment and are due in full in advance of the start of a package or an appointment.

  2. All monies are due upon the start of your service or programme.

  3. Package fees must be paid in full in advance of the first appointment.

  4. Payment plans are available to help you spread the cost of your total payment only and do not mitigate any of the total amount being due at the start of your programme. Payment plans are automated and as such they can not be paused, changed or stopped. Even when using payment plans it is deemed that full payment is due prior to the start of your plan.

  5. By starting your service or programme you agree to pay total cost of the service you have selected.

  6. Payments are for a selected timeframe not per consultation. It is the responsibility of the client alone to book any consultations or aspect of the service that they are entitled to. Any non use within each month will result in forfeit of that aspect of the service. You are responsible for booking your consultations within your specified timeframe, any consultations not used within your timeframe will be forfeited.

  7. If you do not use your service within the timeframe agreed upon initial contract you will be required to purchase extended time should you wish to continue using our services.

  8. It is the patients responsibility to book their consultations, non use in the timeframe will result in lost consultations or calls.

  9. If you continue on with a service after the agreed minimum period Goode Health reserves the right to update the contract based on the current service and fees at that time. For example if you purchase a service for 3 months and during this time the price changes, when you wish to continue after 3 months it will be at the current rate provided to you at that time by Goode Health.

  10. If you wish to pause your programme this may be available as an option at the discretion of Goode Health, this will not pause payments on your payment plan, it will only pause your service being delivered to you. It is still deemed that full payment is due prior to the start of your plan and your payment plan will continue.

  11. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

CANCELLATION

  1. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice and ‘no shows’ will be charged in full. If you are on a package the appointment will come out of the number of appointments you have as part of said package. 

  2. In the case of advance payments for services, you have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days of the purchase without penalty (‘Cooling-off Period’). If you wish to terminate the agreement within the 14-day Cooling-off Period, you must do so in writing to info@nicolegoodehealth.com. The RNTP will refund any monies paid prior to cancelling this Agreement. If the services have commenced during the 14-day Cooling-off Period, the RNTP will refund any monies due to you for services not yet provided, as decided by Goode Health. The refund payment will be made within 14 days of cancellation. After 14 days your full package price is non-refundable and owed in full.  

  3. Your RNTP may cancel your plan at any time should you fail to comply with the T&Cs or should she feel that your case requires referral. Packages remain non-refundable. Should your RNTP feel that referral is necessary, refunds will be at the discretion of your RNTP only, are not guaranteed, and would in any case only be for appointments or work yet to be carried out.
