    • A 60min consultation each month to assess your health, progress and design a personalised route forwards. (In month 1 this is a 90min full Functional Health Assessment).

    • Approx 4 hours work on your case outside of each consultation to assess the latest scientific research, build personalised bespoke plans, look at drug nutrient checks and supplement safety assessments.

    • Personalised and bespoke plans sent to you after each consultation covering nutrition, lifestyle, nutraceuticals and supplements. 

    • One support call per month - a 30 min consult to use whenever you wish through the month for additional support.

    • A private WhatsApp chat Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm for support and questions.

    • Access to The Goode Health Resources for the duration of you being on the Find Freedom Programme.
