Exercise can increase endorphins, which help to reduce stress and anxiety. Try talking a walk if you feel anxious or if you prefer head to the gym or do some yoga. 4. Practice mindfulness

Taking a few moments to focus on the present moment can help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Mindfulness practices offer tools to anchor yourself in the present and can increase self-awareness. You can grow your ability to be self-aware and mindful.
